Beauty Secret offers professional beauty services including hair styling, nail care, brow treatments, skin treatments, and laser hair removal. Services are provided at our salon located in Asmita Gardens, Bucharest. All services are performed by qualified professionals.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT and are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON). Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the service, hair length, or other factors discussed during consultation. The final price is confirmed before the service begins.
Appointments can be booked online through our website. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may choose to pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking or the full amount. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due at the salon on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for online payments, and cash or card in the salon.
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance OUG 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, for beauty services, once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. By booking an appointment and consenting to the service being performed, you acknowledge this exception.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. For unresolved complaints, you may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through their Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) platform at anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/ or file a complaint at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
