Earning
1 point per 20 lei, awarded on appointment completion.
Point Value
1 point = 1 leu for redemption.
Redemption Cap
Maximum 50% of any service price per booking.
Validity
Points expire 12 months from earning date.
Benefit Scheduling
Free tier benefits available Mon–Fri only. Not available March 1–15 or December 15–31.
Birthday Discount
Use your birthday discount on your favorite service! Available during your birthday calendar week (Luxe 10%, Elite 15%). Applies to one service per booking.
Stacking
Birthday discount cannot be combined with loyalty points or other promotions. Choose one discount per booking.
Tier Movement
Tiers update automatically based on your active points. You can move up or down as points change.
Cancellations
Points redeemed on a booking are not refunded if the appointment is cancelled or marked as no-show.

How do I join Beauty Secret Club?
Membership is automatic. When you create an account or book your first appointment, you are enrolled at the Bloom tier with zero points. No sign-up form or card needed.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 loyalty point for every 20 lei spent on completed appointments. Points are credited automatically after your visit.
When do my points expire?
Points expire 12 months from the date they were earned. You can always check your point balance and expiry dates in your account dashboard.
Can I use points and my birthday discount together?
No, the birthday discount and loyalty points cannot be combined. You can choose one or the other per booking. The birthday discount applies to one service of your choice.
What happens to my points if I cancel an appointment?
Points redeemed on a booking are not refunded if the appointment is cancelled or if you don't show up. Make sure to attend your appointment to keep your rewards.
How do I redeem my free tier benefit?
When you reach a new tier, the benefit is automatically added to your account. You can redeem it by booking online or asking at the salon. Free benefits are available Monday to Friday.
What happens if I drop to a lower tier?
Benefits you have already used remain valid. However, any unused higher-tier benefits will be revoked when your tier changes.
